Who am I ?

I’m Albert Smithson - a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Sports & Exercise Science graduate with a passion for helping people build strength, confidence, and a healthier lifestyle. Fitness has always been a central part of my life, from surfing and cycling to running, football, and strength training. My goal is to bring that same energy and enjoyment into every client’s journey.

I’ve been coaching clients online for over a year, creating personalised weekly training plans and offering consistent communication, accountability, and guidance to help them reach their goals. My background in Sports & Exercise Science gives me a solid understanding of technique, programme design, and the science behind progression and performance. I’ve also developed practical coaching skills through strength and conditioning modules and hands-on experience training peers.

I believe in a coaching style that’s supportive, realistic, and personal. No gimmicks, no quick fixes—just thoughtful programming, clear guidance, and a genuine commitment to your progress. My mission is to help you build long-term habits, move better, get stronger, and feel great every step of the way.
